It’s in our jeans

Jeans for Genes Home Page

One perk of advertising is denim.

You can wear it every day, especially if you’re in the creative department.

But that won’t detract from the appeal of Jeans for Genes Day.

Held on the first Friday in August – hint – Jeans for Genes Day is a major fundraiser of the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

So tomorrow will be different.

When we get up we’ll be pulling on our pants for a good cause.

And giving up some gold from that little pocket on the right-hand side when our corporate social responsibility team comes calling.

Mum loves us, we hope ADMA does too

As well as our day-to-day work for clients, we’re busy preparing our entries for the 2009 ADMA Awards deadline this Friday.

Which reminds us.

Two years ago, trademarkDM became the first Melbourne agency to ever create an ADMA Awards call for entries campaign.

It was dramatically different from past campaigns.

Rather than employing borrowed interest, we strongly differentiated the ADMA Awards from other programs by emphasising direct marketing’s high standards.

It won an ADMA.

In fact, we’ve won for the past three years running.

Here’s hoping we can continue our success.

Our PLAN for a better world

As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we sponsor a number of children with PLAN.

Sometimes – probably not nearly enough – we drop them a line.

We hope they like receiving our letters because we love getting theirs. Like this recent reply from Kaihu Jiang in China.

She loves studying computers, playing football, basketball and ping-pong and dreams of being a scientist.

She hopes she can fulfil her dream.

And so do we.
